I wonder if Palace Sports and Entertainment would even look into the possibility of adding a feature like this to the St. Pete Times Forum? Long have I wanted something that sets the arena apart from other NHL venues and makes it more home-like for the Bolts (thunder when a goal is scored? Etc) and this little "pyrotechic" isn't banned by the league...
