This has happened before. Not with the Trib, but with the NY Post (?) publishing a Yankees Lose to Red Sox editorial (why did they even worry about that?) last year. And of course, none of it can top that all-time winner-loser newspaper gaffe of “Dewey Beats Truman”!

This is embarassing: Check out today’s special “2004 Souvenier Edition” of the Tribune. In the “Lightning” special section, page 10 it lists every game the Bolts played this year. Look at the score on the very last game – the Stanly Cup clincher – it shows the big win: Lightning 2, Canadiens 1

The Trib fuckups are bad. No doubt about it.

By the way, your post has the following errors:

• “OURS”, should be punctuated “OURS,”
• “Egadds” has only one d, not two.
• “Pathetic” should not be capitalized.
• “PS” should be lowercase with two periods.
• “email” should be spelled e-mail.
• The Tampa Tribune not only wanted the Internet world to know about this, they held a press conference about it and posted an apology online.

I’m just saying.
