Kubina bows out of World Cup

Thanks, Keith Primeau, for those blows to the head....
Seriously, though, this makes the second Lightning player to take a step back from the World Cup. Nikolai Khabibulin had already bowed out of the Russian Team. Pavel Kubina will sit instead of participating for the Czech Republic, which will certainly be a blow for the Czech team.
