PrintJustin over at Bayciti reports that Newks' Cafe -- the current location of which will be demolished to make way for a 38 story condo tower -- will be the ground-floor occupant of said condo tower.
I'm still a little put off by this project but... Newks' survives... That's better than just condos condos condos.
