The last six days have been a furious and amazing storm of moves by NHL clubs. It seems only fitting that Sunday is the day of rest....

And in only a matter of hours, the storm will resume at breakneck pace.

The Lightning will continue to hammer out things with RFA's such as Vincent Lecavalier, Dan Boyle and Maritn St. Louis. They are trying to avoid arbitration with each of them. There has been little word of movement with regards to other RFA's such as Dmitry Afanasenkov, Eric Perrin, Shane Willis or Brian Eklund (but the latter two have tougher paths to the NHL than the others). Expect Brad Lukowich to ink his deal elsewhere this week, further cementing the need for defensive help.
