No TV Tonight TV TONIGHT!

OLN has decided not to carry tonights matchup between the Lightning and the New York Islanders and will be (pending broadcast changes) the only Lightning game not televised this season. This has been news since last week but I didn't realize I had to blog it still... Predators vs. Stars in the tight Western Conference will be televised instead.

The timing is pretty bad seeing that the Run is ongoing, along with last month's Isles/Bolts thriller was quite a spectacle to watch ... But someone made the call that a matchup between the Lightning and the going-nowhere Isles wasn't worth broadcasting with other games ongoing tonight... Oh well...

UPDATE: The Game WILL be broadcast tonight!

Thanks to the cooperation of Brighthouse Networks, Sun Sports, and the NHL everyone in the Bay Area with Brighthouse Networks digital service will be able to see tonight's game on channel 543.
