Eliminate the bird in heartbreaking fashion and in OT. Skate real hard, play like champs, suffer lots of nagging “lower body injuries,” send Sutton, Exelby, Kovalchuk and Holik off early with numerous upper and lower body injuries, and be real tired come the weekend.

Can’t believe the Thrash scored 2 on my drive back from Beef O’Brady’s, where we were looking much better than Sunday with only a slight rattle after the Thrash second goal. We have had “some” 3rd period storms, so let’s hope we can pull that trick out of the hat. Not looking good so far—need to see the puck more in their end.

I turned off the TV. I honeslty am exacberated by thsi team. 4-on-3 in their favor and they are playing like they are the ones down a man.

Then they give up the goal to Atlanta and make it 6-1…
