This some kind of omen?

A Maple Leaf championship ring was found in the waters off Clearwater Beach.

There are several omen thoughts one can draw from this: Tampa Bay has LONG been Hockeybay USA and this is proof! That, or perhaps the Maple Leaf drought (40 seasons this year) may be coming to a close. Regardless, it's an improbable tale that has come full circle.

The draw of Hockey Bay is so strong that we’re pulling in other teams now…..

I found a blog that has all the new logos for the new season. Right now they are doing a poll to determine which is the best logo in the NHL. Right now you can vote on head to head logos. The Lighting logo versus the Flyer logo.
