Missed Battle: Artyukhin vs. Chara
If there was any reason, any reason at all, that I was remorseful for not being able to watch last nights drubbing of the Bolts game, it came from when I saw a boxscore stat flashed on NHL.com: Evgeny Artyukhin and Zdeno Chara getting fighting majors at the same time...
That meant they dropped'em and went at it... and that was something I wanted to see. Not because I'm someone who believes in fighting in the NHL, but more because they were two big men going at it. While Chara has the height advantage (4 inches on the tall Artoo), Artyukhin has the bigger build...

Mishkin made it sound like Arty left Chara a quivering mass of flesh. That’s why I love Mishkin; his exaggerations are so fantastically awful that it’s hilarious.
