Which is more likely?
Riddle me this: What's more likely? That the fabled Lightning Insider...
happens to be the late artist Bob Ross...
...or fast food spokesman Ronald McDonald?
While there is an uncanny (to me, at least) resemblance in the Lightning Insider siloutte to the late Bob Ross, there is that fact that he's dead. It makes it tough to believe he's reporting on the Bolts from beyond the grave (though he was from Florida originally). Meanwhile, Ronald McDonald's company owns naming rights to the box office at the Times Palace. It's quite a possibility...
Any other possibilities come to mind?

Ron Burgandy is also an option, ain't it?

I’ve got to go with Mr. Happy Trees.
It makes sense:
Awww look at that little lonely injured defenseman. Let’s make him some friends.
