Karri Ramo is scheduled to be the starting goalie for both games during the season's final homestand. Head Coach Rick Tocchet is starting player evaluations which should put everyone under a microscope in one way or another. On ice efforts reflecting ability to compete at the NHL level is a must...

Oh yeah, and it would be nice to actually get a win at Times Palace -- the Lightning are 1-7 in their last 8 at home.

On the other side of the ice, the Penguins are on the cusp of clinching their playoff berth. They suffered a loss at Sunrise against the Panthers, and finish up spring break tonight in Tampa.

Pensburgh posted projected lines for the Penguins tonight:

Kunitz-Crosby-Guerin
Fedotenko-Malkin-Sykora
Cooke-Staal-Kennedy
Dupuis-Talbot-Godard

true projected lineups for the Bolts. I forgot to add the Pens lineup — at least forwards — that was posted at Pensburgh earlier today.

Thankful for small favors...

…Sun Sports actually carrying this in HiDef…. Standard definition games by this channel tend to be of a quality comparable to old antenna TV broadcasts…

(and sorry, cuz I know my kevtching sorta dismisses the fact some people don’t even have broadcasts of this game to watch)
