Honestly, I can't get a handle on this situation, and I'm not alone. When you talk to people around the hockey world, they just shrug about the Lightning. Essentially, nothing the Lightning would do this summer would surprise anyone.

Ty Wishart and the pick that got us Meszaros is “nothing”? Paying Dan Boyle 7 million dollars until hes 38 is “something”… the way that it happened was rather crappy, but when that cap goes down we will be a LOT better off.
