The Globe and Mail, who suggested Len Barrie was dropping his bid to buy out Oren Koules just a matter of weeks ago, reports today that Baririe and partners in his Bear Mountain resort, stand accused of misappropriating funds. This includes $2.5 Million that Barrie used as part of the purchase agreement for the Tampa Bay Lightning.
