"The Lightning have signed LW Mitch Fritz to a one-year contract. He will be assigned to Norfolk." Fritz was with the Lightning a few years back before being signed in Long Island with the Islanders never making the starting lineup. He's a big guy and fights too much, think Konopka but huger, yes huger.
