The Lightning lost to the New York Islanders last night, 2-1.

My only collective thought on last nights overtime loss to the New York Islanders at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum are thus: Disappointment. The Lightning left Uniondale with a point, but they also left with the stigmata of having lost for the second time this season to the lowliest of lowly teams in the National Hockey League.

I thought it was quite clear the Bolts were frustrated with Dwayne Roloson's efforts in net. I turned into physically badgering (and worse) Roloson time and again to hopes that someone could net a goal for the Lightning.

This does not make up for the team playing down to their opponent. With 21 giveaways... Well, the Bolts became their own worst enemies in their efforts.

Ryan Malone had the lone goal for the Lightning... Video highlights from the game are below.
