Off Topic: Housekeeping and a Helping Hand

Just taking a moment here to promote some of the sidebar content here on the site. We'd like to encourage you to check out some of the links from our blogroll (posted below) or to take advantage of some of the social functions that are usually displayed on the sidebar.

But before we do any of that, I'd like to call attention to the situation in Nashville, Tennessee. You may of heard the news about the flooding and how widespread the damage is and other issues related to the flooding.

Very cool of you to promote some of the links for Nashville. I’m still in awe how LITTLE we’re hearing about their problems out here on the West Coast. I guess its not as hip to talk about as an oil spill or terrorist attack. Or a lotto winner.

Also, quick props for the blogroll you guys have here. Some great sits… good to see you guys spreading the love around!

I don’t do enough to “spread the love” to be honest. Some of those sites I have been linking to forever (Tom Benjamin, Sharkspage) while others I consider friends…

…and I just don’t do enough to send hits their way. So to give them a front page bump… well… It’s something. I just hope casual readers take the time to check them out.
