We already knew that the Lightning would play a pre-season game against the Blackhawks in Winnipeg, but today the Lightning announced the full 2010 pre-season schedule.
The Lightning start off with a game against the Dallas Stars in Dallas then do small Canadian roadtrip to Winnipeg, Edmonton and Calgary, and then back to Florida where they do a home-and-home against the Panthers. They do play 4 games in 5 nights but since it will be a lot of player vying for a roster spot it won't actually be as grueling as the schedule looks.
Full schedule after the jump...
Sept. 21: at Dallas, 8:30 p.m.
Sept. 22: vs. Blackhawks at Winnipeg, 8 p.m.
Sept. 23: at Edmonton, 9 p.m.
Sept. 25: at Calgary, 9 p.m.
Oct. 1: at Florida, 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 2: vs. Panthers, 7:30 p.m.
All games are Eastern time and the only home game is the last pre-season game of the season.
Odd fact: this will be the sixth time in past five years that the Lightning have played the Dallas Stars in the pre-season.
