Tampa Bay Lightning take Brett Connolly with No. 6 overall pick
With the Sixth overall selection in the 2010 NHL entry draft, the Tampa Bay Lightning select Brett Connolly from the Prince George Cougars.
The Prince George BC native plays right wing, and has had questions tied to him ovewr his hip situation, after missing lengthy amounts of time while injured this past season.
Our Southest division friends at Bird Watchers Anonymous had a lengthy talk with Brett yesterday.

being on the draft floor when that was going on, I was just flabbergasted. He and Gormley both fell big time when they had been played up as top-six picks for so long.

It made me wonder what the teams knew about them that everyone else didn’t.
There's nothing quite like the sound of a frozen puck hitting the glass. It makes me happy.
