D David Hale signs with Ottawa
It was already assumed David Hale would not be back with the Lightning in 2010-11. He is now officially gone, having signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Ottawa Senators.
Hale, who was acquired with Todd Fedoruk in the Radim Vrbata trade last summer from the Phoenix Coyotes, found regular playing time with the Lightning after catching the eye of coach Rick Tocchet.
