"Basically he didn’t play last year. Every day he’s showing more and more. His mind thinks really fast. Right now, I’m very happy to see a player we drafted first do that well, to improve so fast. I thought he’d have a bit of a hard time since he didn’t play much last year so that says a lot about him."

Great to hear from The Coach
But it still doesn’t change my mind—I think he’s going back to the major juniors for another year.
Oh, that goes without saying MT
Brett needs work. Yzerman is not going to allow him to be rushed to the NHL. He’ll stick around through our dates in the west and then be sent back to Prince George after.

But still...
…there are an unbelievable number of folks calling for him to be on a Stamkos-Lecavalier line. Aside from the problem of two centers on the same line, those folks discount the amount of growth a 18 year-old needs before he’s NHL ready.
First I've heard that
Secondly, I discredit them immediately if they think he should play on the “Stamkos-Lecavalier Line”
