24/7 Lightning Avalanche. Road to the bottom of the barrel!
Tonight's game should expose everything everyone has commented on over the last couple of months on RAW CHARGE concerning the Tampa Bay Lightning. It has nothing to do with the opponent. It has everything to do with effort and mental toughness. Playing hockey or any high energy output sport at a one mile elevation is very taxing on any athelete who is not aclimated to it. I will be watching to see which players on our team push it to their limit, and which players make the quick bench change over 60 minutes. I expect the coach to call for this, but it is the portion of time when we are in their zone, or they are in ours during dump in races or power plays. This game to me will be about only one thing, EFFORT! Who brings it, and who doesn't. And from there I will make an assessment as to where this team will be in three months. And which players may no longer be on it. Our Coach can only do so much, and I believe he gives everything he has for this team, but it allways comes down to the players on the ice and how bad they want it. If you watch the game, Please keep this writ in mind. Thank you. Go Bolts!
