Hey all

Seemed like a pretty lame return for Kubina. Then again Grossman is much younger and the Flyers probably plan on resigning him. Word out of Chicago is that the Hawks are hot after Thompson, Purcell and Clark. I hope Y doesn’t trade Thompson, we’ll need him to replace Moore if they don’t sign another 3rd line center. I’d argue that Purcell could return a 1st round pick and a mid-level prospect. I personally think he’s too soft and that some of our prospects could come in and fill his role.
Nice 1st period for the Bolts. Typically sloppy in our own end but I thought we kept most chances to the outside and had the better chances.

They do, but usually for other players. When you start trading guys away for picks, that usually means you’re throwing in the towel on the season. At least this time of year.
