Dustin Tokarski (G) reassigned to Norfolk

As expected, the Lightning have announced (via the official Twitter account) that Dustin Tokarski has been reassigned to the Norfolk Admirals. Sebastien Caron cleared waivers earlier today and will be available for Thursday's game against the Edmonton Oilers.
