We've been making mentions on the social media circuit, reminding fans that the Tampa Bay Lightning are throwing a watch party at Champps American Sports Bar and Grill in International Plaza on Friday evening to coincide the 2012 NHL Draft.

As it turns out, the Lightning will make a memorable event even more memorable. It was tweeted on Tuesday afternoon that the Bolts planned to unveil their 20th anniversary logo during the watch party. This, in a round about way, makes it the second event since December 31st with ties to the teams 20th anniversary.

Don't get the wrong idea, this isn't a logo change. It's just a logo representing the anniversary of the club. The Bolts started play in the NHL on October 7th, 1992.

You can find more details about the watch party with this press release.
