Tampa Bay Lightning captain Vincent Lecavalier was honored in pre-game ceremonies Friday night in honor of the forward's 1000th NHL game, all with Tampa Bay.
Joined by his parents, wife and children on a red carpet at center ice, Lecavalier received gifts including an engraved silver stick and a Rolex watch. On hand for the presentation were his Lightning teammates as well as general manager Steve Yzerman and owner Jeff Vinik.

I had a request from Peter at Silver Seven Sens to let him know the Lightning line combinations. While I'm not absolutely sure things will play out like this, I believe the Bolts lines will open with something along the lines of:
Cory Conacher - Steven Stamkos - Martin St. Louis
Tom Pyatt - Vincent Lecavalier- Teddy Purcell
Ryan Malone - Nate Thompson - Benoit Pouliot
Adam Hall - B.J. Crombeen
The top-3 left wings (Conacher, Malone, Pyatt) will likely shuffle between lines as they have the past few games, so don't write these combos in stone.
Erik Erlendsson reported it'll be a 11-7 lineup split tonight. Defense should look like:
Matt Carle - Eric Brewer
Victor Hedman - Sami Salo
Brian Lee - Keith Aulie
Marc-Andre Bergeron
Anders Lindback starts for the Lightning in goal.
On the flip side, Peter passed on Ottawa's likely starters:
Like I said in the preview, it will be Ben Bishop between the pipes for the enators.
