Paul Ranger went missing from teh Tampa Bay Lightning in October 2009, for personal reasons. It's been reported that Ranger is back in professional hockey now.

Last year everything was new for everybody, from ownership to the players, everything was new. I got in the dressing room and, I mean, I felt like I was traded somewhere else. There were all different people. It was an experience. I think we learned a lot from last year, and coming back this year, everybody is motivated. I don’t think it was acceptable what happened last year. Guys are determined to change it and turn it around.
