Chris Botta reported Wednesday Night that Steve Yzerman is still very much a candidate in Tampa for the role of GM. We touch on the report, the rumors that had listed the contrary, as well as the gag order coming from the Lightning organization for all candidates.

The names came out in rumors Wednesday: Yzerman, Risebrough and Nonis. Three candidates, three levels of experience as NHL executives, and all on the short-list for the role of Lightning general manager.
