After a delay due to the tragedy in St. Petersburgh, and with new information being dug up by the local press daily, the Lightning will finally make their business announcement on Monday, January 31.

While all the hoopla surrounds the Lightning logo and jersey changes, changes are afoot at the St. Pete Times forum as well.
