I'm citing Travis Hughes article at Broad Street hockey which gives a general overview of a media flub-up today: The Toronto Sun "borrowed" a translated Czech report about Tomas Kaberle's father and remarks he made to the Czech press.
The translation was originally printed on Pension Plan Puppets with hard work done by community members. At no point in time was their credit for the translation given to PPP, or was PPP cited for being a reference point.
This has escalated throughout the day -- with the Toronto Sun now claiming Pension Plan Puppets plagiarized others work to establish the original translation.
Suffice it to say, the PPP crew and they loyal readers are not planning on backing down on this.
Visit Pension Plan Puppets for the ongoing drama.
