The noted weight of the second half schedule and the Atlantic Division comes to fruition today as the Tampa Bay Lightning (25-12-4) take on the Montreal Canadiens (26-11-2) in what was originally scheduled to be the first meeting between the two clubs in 2014-15.
The two clubs share the top spot in the Atlantic Division, but Montreal has the advantage of two games in-hand on the Lightning. They also have a 6 game winning streak by their name.
