2021 Raw Charge top 25 under 25 in the Lightning organization kick-off

It’s hotter than the sun outside (except for when the afternoon thunderstorms roll in), the Rays are doing their Rays thing where they win with a bullpen full of random guys, and hockey is still two months away from dropping the puck for real. That means it’s a perfect time to roll out the annual Raw Charge/SBNation tradition of ranking the top players under a random age (25-years-old in this case) in the organization.

As always our valued readers will have a say in the rankings. To submit your votes you can use the ranking tool below.

Brayden Point’s reign as the best youngster in the organization as he ages out. Yup, Brayden Point is finally too old to be included in this endeavor. In addition to a new number one, there will be quite a few new names as quite a few players have aged out or have left the organization.

Personally I’m interested to see what you all think about some of the younger players drafted over the last couple of years. With truncated seasons in junior hockey over the last couple of seasons, we haven’t exactly seen a lot of them on ice. Some of the older players who already made the jump to the pros might be a little easier to figure out. For the Syracuse and Orlando players (there are a couple) check out the coverage provided by Hardev and Tracey last season.

We will keep the polls open through the end of the day next Monday. After a few days to start tabulating the votes and start writing, we will roll out the articles beginning at the end of the month. You don’t have to wait until then to start debating! Fell free to use the comment section below for that as well.

Happy voting!
