Here at Raw Charge, we’re going to start offering readers more ways to share their thoughts about the team. You’ve probably noticed that we’ve been doing more surveys over the last couple of seasons to get your input on things like Top 25 Under 25, offseason player grades, and Atlantic Division predictions. We’re going to expand that along with the rest of the SBNation NHL sites to start giving you regular opportunities to weight in on the Lightning and the NHL in general.
The plan is to give you a chance to answer a quick survey once each week that will help us keep our finger on the pulse of the Tampa Bay Lightning and the rest of the NHL. The more Lightning fans who sign up, the more we’ll be able to make use of this new tool, so we hope you’ll give it a chance.
The first survey is up and you can register here:
This first survey only has two questions and should be a quick way to get us going. All we’re asking is which two teams who missed the playoffs last season you think are most likely to make it this year, and which two who made it last year are likely to miss.
As we go along, we’ll be able to get into more specific questions. You can see an example of how some of the NFL sites are using this tool to track fan confidence in the team in this post from the Eagles site Bleeding Green Nation. I know, I know, but forgive the link to the Eagles. They just happen to be the ones with a good example. To even things out, here’s a palate cleanser.
