In our opinion, they should ‘reimagine’ it out of existence and just give the players a break, but money must be made on merchandise, so it looks like the All-Star game will take place next season. After taking this season off, the event will be back next season as the New York Islanders will host the league’s best players in early February.
While no details have been posted about how the league will handle the weekend, they did say that it will serve as an official send-off for the players heading to Italy for the 2026 Winter Olympics. Cool.
