MC Hammer concert and wander readings
As we get closer to the MC Hammer concert (it happens tomorrow), it makes me wonder: Would you stay to watch it?
So the concert series is back where with a game ticket the concert after is free. This Wednesday's concert after the Rangers game just happens to be MC Hammer. Total flashback right? Not saying that this reflects your choice in music, but if you had a ticket to the game, would you stay to watch? Maybe for a laugh perhaps? Like don't you wonder what he's like now?
Or maybe that's just me.

Now it was brought to my attention that the whole Colin Campbell e-mail topic (aptly termed Colie-mail) hasn't been really addressed down in Tampa to the extent that it's been discussed elsewhere. So here is a roundup of links from the beginning to where we are now
Colie-mail links:
- Tyler Dellow of mc79hockey get's last week's conversation with his post on the Colin Campbell emails and "a little fake artist"
- Here's Greg Warren's reaction in the Toronto Sun. Warren is the referee whose lawsuit got those emails into the public sphere to begin with
- Then here is TSN giving some coverage to the story
- Bryan Reynolds from Hockey Wilderness has a good set of posts on his initial reaction, the NHL's response/brush-off, and the damage control attempts by Campbell
- Pass it to Bulis looks at the questions that aren't being asked by the mainstream media
- But the mainstream isn't all bad, there were some good posts by them such as Tony Gallagher of The Province, Larry Brooks of the NY Post calling for the head of Campbell and Bruce Dowbiggin of the Globe and Mail with "The cognitive dissonance that is the NHL message machine"
- And Tyler Dellow writes a post on the Pension Plan Puppets wondering if the e-mails refer to the Leafs? It's worth a click for the opening paragraph.
- James Duthie of TSN interviews Colin Campbell. Really great interview
The Kurtenblog then breaks down the TSN Duthie-Campbell interview. They may talk about the bazooms on the barrista - On the Hockey Night in Canada Hotstove segment on CBC this past weekend, the matter was discussed and will no doubt inject some more life to the story. For once, Ron MacLean finally get's it. Video and commentary via Puck Daddy
- And lastly, Down Goes Brown has a look inside Colin Campbell's inbox/
