Lined-Up Update: 2009 Offseason Edition

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages… Your 2009 Off-season guide to Lightning transactions! There are 32 players under contract for the 2009-10 season right now with the Tampa Bay Lightning.

This is not an entirely accurate list as it does not include every prospect in the system or Lightning property that remains unsigned…  It also includes players who may or may not end up in the minors.  But it does include many players that donned a Lightning jersey during 2008-09 that remain property of the team.
