Poll on Refs

Don't know how well it works or how much it will be used but there is now a poll on the upper left navigation menu... The current poll focuses on referees and I feel like I left out a lot of options and a lot of aggrivations with refs...

Consider this the official thread to discuss the issue... Voice support, voice discontent, etc..
