Quick Strikes: Lightning and Crunch reflect, Dave Andreychuk to answer fan questions

The Tampa Bay Lightning won their Saturday evening contest against Colorado 7-1, and assistant coach Jeff Halpern had a lot of positives to point out from his team’s performance.

Do you have a burning question for Dave Andreychuk? Get those tweetin’ fingers ready!

Lightning forward Steven Stamkos has a dream. What kind of dream? A dream team!

Syracuse Crunch head coach Ben Groulx was happy that his team kept pressing Saturday night against a very talented Rochester Americans team. Syracuse lost the game 4-3, a result that halted their points streak at 13.

In a continuation of the seasonal theme, Crunchman was also making the rounds yesterday.

Otto Somppi was loaned to the Orlando Solar Bears to help get him back into playing shape. It seems like it’s working:

Elsewhere in the hockey world, Northern Michigan goalie Atte Tolvanen scored the first goalie goal in program history. Love goalie goals!
