They’ve made an impact together in the NHL, they’ve made an impact together in the Hockey World Championships, and now they will be making an impact together as NHL All-Stars.
2011 NHL All-Star players were announced just now and Martin St. Louis and Steven Stamkos have been named as All-Stars. This does not mean they have been paired up, as teams have not been set (new formatting for this year’s All-Star game will result in teams being “drafted”), but the potential is there.
The dynamic duo is one of the most offensive pairings in the NHL, with 110 points between them this season in 43 games played.
