The Prospects
The Syracuse Crunch are heading to the playoffs! “With a big win against the Albany Devils on Saturday night and a little bit of help from North Division rival St. John’s on Sunday, the Syracuse Crunch have clinched a berth in the 2016-2017 AHL playoffs.” [Raw Charge]
Boris Katchouk (#12 in white) scored the only goal for the Sault St. Marie Greyhounds as they lost 4-1 to the Owen Sound Attack. The Greyhounds lead the series 2-1.
Christopher Paquette (#12 in black) picked up a goal and an assist as his Peterborough Petes defeated the Kingston Frontenacs 4-1. Paquette was named first star of the game. Peterborough leads the series 2-0.
