We’ve been having you vote weekly the past couple of weeks in Tampa Bay Lightning fan confidence polls. It’s tied directly to SB Nation Tampa Bay and results (just the number) can be found over on that site.
Since this poll started (around the launch of SB Nation Tampa Bay on June 25th) the Lightning have earned scores of 53%, 59%, and 77% over a three week span. 77% confidence in the team is the latest ranking.
77% confidence is sorta high… But it is the off-season. Either there are few votes and someone is gaming the system, or fans really do see the promise of the future in what has been accomplished since the close of the 2009-10 NHL season.
You can always vote in fan confidence polls as they appear underneath the Raw Charge logo graphic from Monday to Wednesday of each week. We highlight the poll on Tuesday night open threads, but you have the opportunity to vote at any time.
