A few years removed from professional hockey, former Crunch mainstay Trevor Frischmon returns to speak about his career and life post-hockey.

Trevor Frischmon hasn't pulled a Crunch sweater over his head in seven years, but even in his extended absence, the War Memorial faithful have yet to forget him. In this edition of the weekly CrunchCast, hosts Brandon Curtis and Alex Ackerman sat down with the now 35-year-old retired family man to talk about his time spent in Syracuse, the Columbus organization, teammates, “the goal,” and his transition from player to coach.
