Four more Lightning games picked up for TV by CW 44

The Lightning announced today that they have renewed an agreement with local broadcast channel WTOG “CW 44” to air Saturday night games during the season.

The release for the team states:

CW 44 will broadcast select Lightning games on Saturday nights for a third consecutive year. Branded as “High Voltage Saturday Nights,” the network will host four games throughout the season including October 16 at Florida, November 6 at San Jose, December 18 vs. Buffalo and January 15 at Carolina. Lightning promotions, both on-air and in-market, will be conducted by CW 44 throughout the year as well.

If you include the 65 telecasts by Sun Sports TV, the Lightning will have 69 games aired with Rick Peckham and Bobby “the Chief” Taylor calling things.   Add to it the six Versus telecasts and you’re up to 75 games to be aired.
