Last night against the Chicago Blackhawks from Winnipeg, Jones sent Nick Boynton sprawling with a good left hand punch. This came on the heels of a questionable knee-to-knee hit by Boynton on Durno.
Puck Daddy has more on this incident… Especially Boynton’s “throat slash” motion toward Jones.
Durno also got into a short scrap later in the game which led to an odd jersey malfunction….
