Lightning Round: Next up on the Stanley Cup tour – Braydon Coburn

The Stanley Cup made its way to Shaunavon, Saskatchewan home of former Lightning defenseman Braydon Coburn. It was a year delayed, but the big blueliner finally had his day with the Cup in his hometown.

The Lightning and the NHL continue to do an excellent job of navigating the trophy’s trip around the globe for the current and former Lightning players who have won it over the past two years. Maybe we can add that to the list of theories of why the league “wanted” the Lightning to win.
