It took over a year, but the Tampa Bay Lightning ended the 2019-20 season as the Stanley Cup champions. Backed by goals by Brayden Point and Blake Coleman the Lightning defeated the Dallas Stars, 2-0. Andrei Vasilevskiy saved his best for last as he pitched his first shutout of the 2020 playoffs, withstanding a third period onslaught by the Stars.
