Tuesdays with Dani: GM Meetings and 50 goal seasons

It's day two of the three day GM meetings in Boca Raton, FL.  Yesterday, Meredith wrote about the NHL concussion study. Over the next two days the GM's will debate a number of changes proposed, including whether they want to ban all hits to the head. Maybe it's just me, but does this seem like this may finally be the year that a change actually gets made?
