Much like how the Eastern Conference Finals played out in May, the 2015 Stanley Cup Finals have gone from a best-of-7 series to a best-of-5 series as the Tampa Bay Lightning and Chicago Blackhawks have a win each to their name.
The status of goalie Ben Bishop has been up in the air since game 2 when Ben left the game during the 3rd period. That issue will be settled as the day progresses and we approach game time. We’ll also know if the Lightning switch back to an 11 / 7 lineup split or continue to play with 12 forwards and 6 defensemen.
