• Anton Stralman met with the media a few days ago, walking into the Lightning dressing room in a boot with crutches to help him walk. After a fractured fibula shut him down likely for the next several weeks, though, Stralman is remaining largely positive about the situation. [Tampa Tribune]

• The Worcester Railers HC is the newest team to the ECHL. The club unveiled its new name and logo on Sunday at a public event. [ECHL]
• Washington Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby is one win away from tying Martin Brodeur’s record of 48 wins in a single season. He is only one of three in the history of the NHL to win 47 games in a single season. [Sportsnet]
• The Edmonton Oilers are reflecting on the end of an era at Rexall Place. Their final game in the arena will be on April 6. [NHL.com]
