As we teased earlier in the week, RawCharge.com has introduced an exciting update, with a new layout and some more personalized account access. Welcome to Raw Charge version 2.5! We slapped a new coat of paint on things and rolled out some new features that should make life around here a little more fun.
How to login
If you have an existing account with Raw Charge 2.0 please try using your existing email address to login,. Click Login button in the top right corner, it can be found in the mobile menu on smaller screen devices.
Click Login With Email Link or hit Forgot password, this is a personal preference if you prefer to check your email every time you log in you do not need to set a password.
If you are a previous paid member your membership has been moved over.
How to Signup
By clicking the link in the top right or the signup link near the comments section, users can easily create their account by filling out their email address and desired display name (the username that shows in comments section)
Upon registration, users will receive a confirmation email guiding them to set their passwords. This should make logging back into your account a little easier than when we were running on the old platform, where you had to have access to your email to log back in.
Once logged in, users can visit the “My Account” page to customize their usernames and display avatars, hopefully enhancing their engagement within the Raw Charge community.
The new comment system, exclusive to registered users, brings back the much-loved “Z KEY” functionality, enabling users to navigate effortlessly between new comments with a simple press of the keyboard.
Hopefully these additions make the user experience a little smoother and interactive. On the backend, it should also help the staff control spam content (which was done manually in the 2.0 experience) and moderate a little easier (not a problem for the majority of the year).
